At Salus Health, we're redefining what meaningful behavioral support looks like—and we're looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to be part of something bigger. At Salus Health, you won't be boxed into one setting or population. You'll support adults through Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) services and children and adolescents through ABA programs, giving you a diverse, rewarding clinical experience and the chance to grow your skills across the lifespan. You'll join a supportive, multidisciplinary team of BCBAs, therapists, and dedicated professionals who believe in collaboration, mentorship, and person-centered care. What You'll Do As an RBT at Salus Health, your work directly improves lives—every single day.
You will:
Provide 1:1 behavioral support to adults receiving DDA services and children/adolescents enrolled in ABA programs Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) focused on communication, independence, adaptive skills, and positive behavior change Deliver Brief Support Implementation Services (BSIS), including task analysis, adaptive skills training, and proactive behavior strategies Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, caregivers, and support staff to ensure consistency and meaningful progress Accurately document services and outcomes in Rethink (EMR), helping track real, measurable success Model professional, ethical, and compassionate behavior-management techniques Uphold dignity, respect, and empowerment for every individual you support
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of a bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related field
Experience:
Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and/or Behavior Support Services (BSS) settings. Background supporting adults with developmental disabilities and/or children with behavioral, developmental, or emotional challenges. Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support (PBS), data collection, and applied interventions. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
License/Certifications:
Registered Behavior Technician certification Certifications in MANDT techniques or other behavior management systems. Current American Heart Association Healthcare provider BLS CPR certification.
