WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
At least 18 years old RBT certification Experience working with children preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication, organization, and professionalism
ABOUT THE ROLE
As an RBT at Avenues ABA, you'll work directly with children with autism to help them reach meaningful milestones through ABA therapy. You'll implement individualized treatment plans and track progress, all under the guidance and support of our BCBAs, clinicians, and mentors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide ABA therapy for children in home and community settings by supporting children in developing new skills, improving communication and behaviors Work closely with your BCBA to follow and implement customized treatment plans under their guidance Collaborate with parents to ensure each child is achieving their goals. Track progress through recording data and writing session notes. uphold professional behavior and boundaries, protect client confidentiality, and communicate promptly and effectively with families.
