Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The BCBA will be responsible for delivering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision and support to clients, families, and behavior technicians. This role focuses on maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and driving meaningful outcomes for the children and families we serve. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct supervision and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians. Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications as needed. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistency across environments. Train, mentor, and support behavior technicians and RBTs to promote high-quality service delivery. Complete all required documentation, including treatment plans, reassessments, progress reports, and session reviews in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and payer requirements. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development activities. Foster a culture of clinical excellence, integrity, and family-centered care. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Active state licensure (if applicable). Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of ABA principles, evidence-based interventions, and data collection systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Passion for supporting clients, families, and staff while improving clinical outcomes. Additional Details This position involves providing services in clients' homes. Travel within the assigned service area is required.
