COO Company Overview Creed Medical Group, Inc. is a Maryland-based behavioral health provider delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and Autism Waiver services to children and families in home, clinic, school, and community settings.

Our mission is to improve functional independence, communication, and quality of life for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities through evidence-based, family-centered care. Position Summary The BCBA provides clinical oversight for ABA services, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, supervises RBTs, and collaborates with families and interdisciplinary providers. Key Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) Develop individualized treatment plans Provide parent training and caregiver consultation Supervise and mentor RBT staff Review session data and modify interventions Ensure documentation meets Medicaid / insurance requirements Participate in IEP / treatment team meetings Maintain ethical compliance with BACB standards Qualifications Active BCBA certification Board Approved Supervisor Credential Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Maryland LBA eligibility or licensure preferred 2+ years ABA clinical experience Strong supervision and leadership skills Work Settings Home-based Clinic-based Community settings Role Scope Provide clinical supervision, treatment planning, assessments, and parent training on a contractual basis. Compensation $55-$65 per billable hour Productivity Expectation 20-30 billable hours per week
