- 110,000, based on experience and level, with the opportunity to earn substantial quarterly bonuses to earn up to an additional $40,000 annually through our quarterly bonus program.
What that can look like:
25 billables/week: $90,000- 110,000 (base salary) 27 billables/week: $100,000
- 120,000 30 billables/week: $113,000
- 133,000 32 billables/week: $122,000
- 142,000 34 billables/week: Up to $130,000
- 150,000 What to expect: Guaranteed base salary Quarterly bonuses tied to average billable hours across the quarter Admin and support staff in place to help you achieve your goals without added burnout Consistent, center-based scheduling for predictability and work-life balance Estimated total compensation is based on average weekly billable hours and may vary based on performance and schedule.
- additional incentive earnings for BACB supervision of BCBA trainees (up to $8K annually) Short-term/long-term Disability Employee Assistance Program 401(k) Sign-on and/or relocation bonus for qualified candidates
Schedule & Caseload Schedule:
Center hours are Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM
- 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM
- 5:00 PM.
Caseload:
Small caseloads of 6 kiddos (max caseload of 7 kiddos for our more experienced BCBAs).Responsibilities:
As a Center-based BCBA, you will: Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients Develop comprehensive treatment plans and plan evidence-based interventions Train, supervise, and support a small team of RBTs dedicated to your clients Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes Coordinate with and train caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's progressQualifications:
About You:
You need to have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. You need to be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs. You need to be licensed in the state you are applying to or actively pursuing licensure at the time of hire. You need to be dedicated to providing high-quality, outcomes-based care to our clients and their families. Physical Demands The physical requirements here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions. Movements in response to aggressive and self-injurious behavior Ability to move quickly and confidently to intervene in situations when protective carries or environmental arrangements are deemed necessary Ability to pursue a bolting student, including but not limited to: running, moving quickly from side to side Successful completion of Safety Care training and Re-Certifications Including but not limited to: pivoting, knee squats, shuffling front and backwards, and carrying children Verbal Beginnings' personnel policies, procedures, and practices prohibit discrimination on the basis of race, color, religious creed, disability, ancestry, national origin, age, or sex.
