Job Description

As a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Job Summary:
We're seeking a talented and motivated BCBA to join our team in Cumberland, MD. As a BCBA, you'll develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards
Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range:
$95 - $120
HOURLY Part Time:
Flexible, based on your availability
Requirements:
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
