Job Description

!Attention! We are currently seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a minimum of two years of experience in behavior management for a semi-aggressive client in a home setting. Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM the setting is at the client's home.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in accordance with the treatment plan Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA or BCaBA supervision Collect and report data on client progress Maintain professional and respectful communication with the family and team

$30-32

Hours Benefits:
Flexible schedule, Direct and indirect supervision program to gain needed experience hours for BCBA/ BCaBA, Automatic graphing software Cases available, Supervision by quality and experienced BCBA's, and competitive pay.
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification required Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges Ability to manage aggressive behaviors with calm and consistency CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Reliable transportation
Language:
English Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED required, Bachelor degree or enrollment in a BA/BS program preferred, Experience with Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Human Services, or Social Work preferred, Willing to work with children and adolescents with moderate to severe behavioral challenges
Pay:
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
