Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location:
Frederick, MD Compensation:
$24 - $29 HOURLY, commensurate with experience
Job Description:
At Budding Stars ABA, we're committed to providing high-quality, personalized ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in helping our clients develop essential communication, social, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software systems Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and other team members to ensure client progress and success
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, accountability, and initiative in all aspects of job performance
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs. and engage in active play Must maintain attention, alertness, and energy throughout sessions Adequate hearing and vision required for safety and observational tasks
Other:
