Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities:

Train and mentor teachers in applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices Develop and implement behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff Monitor program effectiveness and provide ongoing guidance to ensure student progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs) Focus primarily on teacher support and capacity-building rather than direct client caseload management

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification Experience working in educational settings preferred Strong coaching and communication skills to effectively train and support teachers Ability to work collaboratively within a school team Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies for school-aged children
