Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes through evidence-based practices, data collection, and collaborative care. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection methods. Maintain detailed medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records to ensure confidentiality and compliance. Participate in intake assessments and coordinate behavioral health services tailored to each client's unique needs. Experience Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and special education strategies. Experience conducting patient assessments, behavioral health evaluations, and diagnostic procedures. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations related to patient care. Ability to collect accurate data during sessions and utilize it effectively for treatment planning. Excellent communication skills for working collaboratively with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members. $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
