Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly, ensuring measurable outcomes. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care strategies and provide training on behavioral techniques. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and organizational standards. Lead intake assessments for new clients, ensuring comprehensive understanding of individual needs and goals. Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior technicians and junior staff, fostering professional development within the team. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong background in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical records management. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health assessments in clinical or educational settings. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality. Prior work involving special education environments or working directly with people with disabilities is highly desirable.
