Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare providers. Your expertise will drive positive outcomes for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum. Responsibilities Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify behavioral challenges and strengths. Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to each individual's needs. Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and medical professionals to ensure consistency across settings. Provide training and support to parents, educators, and staff on applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies. Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes by reviewing client histories and conducting initial assessments to determine appropriate interventions. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential. Proven experience in behavioral therapy working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), data collection methods, and behavioral health principles. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care procedures, and medical documentation standards. Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments within a clinical or educational setting. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to confidentiality of medical records and patient information. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
