Job Description

In this role, you will work directly with children in a structured clinical setting, supporting individuals with behavioral, developmental, and social-emotional challenges. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to design and implement individualized treatment plans that foster long-term success. What We Offer Competitive Pay Flexible Scheduling Options Supportive & Collaborative Team Environment Ongoing Professional Development Opportunities Meaningful Relationships with Clients, Families, and Staff Opportunities for Growth and Leadership Responsibilities & Duties Conduct behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans Provide direct and indirect ABA supervision services in a clinic-based setting Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including monthly updates and progress reports Collaborate with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency of care Provide parent and caregiver training on behavioral strategies and best practices Supervise and mentor assigned staff to support effective intervention implementation Analyze data regularly and adjust treatment plans based on client progress Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and clinic policies About Paradigm Therapy Partners Paradigm Therapy Partners is a leading therapy practice in the DMV area known for its strong culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth. Pay:
$80.00 - $100.00 per hour Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
