• Candidate must have a BCBA certification through the BACB and live within a reasonable driving distance from Baltimore, MD as some in person services are required.

Your Role and Responsibilities As a member of our team, you'll work directly with children on the autism spectrum including creating individualized treatment plans. This role demands 110% effort to complete all tasks, including: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy. Ensuring the safety and well-being of every child during sessions. Collecting and meticulously recording data on client progress. Providing meaningful session supervision. This is more than just a job; it's a commitment to making a real difference in a child's life.
