Full-Time Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10:15 AM to 6:45 PM Purpose To support and enhance our integrated services model by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services that are individualized, collaborative, and aligned with our mission of providing a refined, high-touch experience for every family. The Difference You'll Be Making As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills that lead to greater independence and confidence. You'll support children in structured, small-group environments designed to reflect real-world experiences — not scripted therapy — while creating a consistent, engaging, and supportive space for learning and growth. What You'll Do Provide direct ABA therapy in a clinic-based, group setting Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs Support skill development across communication, social, play, and daily living skills Collect and maintain accurate daily data and session documentation Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech Language Pathologists, and other team members to ensure aligned care Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree desired, not required RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days (training provided) Minimum 1 year of ABA experience preferred Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Energetic, reliable, and motivated to grow in the field Ability to meet physical demands (floor work, lifting up to 80 lbs as needed) Reliable transportation Why Join Optimal Beginnings Salaried position with guaranteed hours — cancellations do not impact pay Fully clinic-based — no in-home travel Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO Paid training and RBT certification support ABA Clinical Student Mentorship Program (paid supervision hours + stipend) Clear growth pathways within a collaborative, high-performing team Our Commitment We hold a high bar for clinical excellence while creating an environment where team members feel supported, developed, and valued.
