Conduct comprehensive initial assessmentsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programsEnsure program effectiveness and client progressProvide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior TechniciansCoordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned withIEP/IFSP
goalsCollect, analyze, and manage client dataMaintain accurate daily documentation and progress reportingSkills and Qualifications:
