Compensation and Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions availableSalary range: $100,000-$115,000Bonus pay opportunitiesFlexible scheduling
BCBA Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive initial assessmentsDevelop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programsEnsure program effectiveness and client progressProvide case-specific training and supervision to Behavior TechniciansCoordinate and evaluate staff efforts aligned with
IEP/IFSP
goalsCollect, analyze, and manage client dataMaintain accurate daily documentation and progress reporting
Skills and Qualifications:
