Position OverviewBCBA - Clinical Supervisor (Washington DC, Full Time, Part Time, Center-Based)

Washington, DC (Northwest DC, Palisades neighborhood)
Compensation:
$93,000 - $167,000 annual

  • Regular onsite and offsite training and social eventsKey Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients in clinic and in home, as required by the treatment plan.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of RBTs/BTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA therapy. Assist in deepening their knowledge and skill base, overcoming challenges and improving their client interactions.
  • Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and update treatment plans to achieve consistent progress. Prepare regular progress reports.
  • Provide training to family members and other client stakeholders in accordance with treatment plans and BACB standards of care.
  • Coordinate with clinic's speech-language pathologists and occupational therapists ot enhance outcomes across specialties.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with families and caregivers.
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines.
  • Ensure documentation meets ethical, payor, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
  • Must be Board Certified by BACB and in good standing with a clean background check
  • Minimum 1 years' experience as a BCBA preferred
  • Background in early intervention and autism strongly preferred
  • Solid communication skills, organizational skills, and openness to feedback
  • Passion for mentoring others and building strong systems of care
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Physical requirements: bend, kneel, sit on floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted, lift up to 50 lbs. How to To apply, please submit the following:
