As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) on our team, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of empowering families and individuals to thrive.
  • About the Role
  • As a BCBA, you will work closely with our experienced team to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective ABA therapy protocols to support the unique needs of each child. You will also collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that each child receives comprehensive care and support.
  • Responsibilities
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
  • Develop and modify ABA therapy protocols to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Provide coaching and training to parents, caregivers, and other staff members
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records and reports of client progress and services provided
