Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Silver Spring, MD (with nearby cases in Kensington, Riverdale, and surrounding areas) Role Overview Jade ABA is currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for afternoon and after-school ABA cases in Silver Spring , with additional nearby opportunities in Kensington and Riverdale . This role is ideal for RBTs looking to build a consistent weekly schedule in a high-demand area , with access to multiple nearby cases that help maximize hours while minimizing travel . What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Collect data and track client progress Collaborate with families and caregivers Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development Schedule & Availability Weekday evenings: 4:30 PM - 8:30 PM / 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM Weekend option: Saturday-Sunday (morning to afternoon) Opportunity to build 20-40 hours per week by combining cases Why This Role Stands Out Designed to create a fuller, more stable schedule in a low-supply area Combine weekday + weekend hours for consistency Work with nearby clients to minimize travel time Strong clinical support and structured supervision Qualifications Active RBT Certification (Required) Experience working with children, preferably with ASD Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in home-based settings Reliable transportation Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Flexible scheduling Paid training and ongoing supervision Paid time off Professional development support Referral program Apply Today!
