Job Description

Now hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) throughout Maryland. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities in home-based settings. This position is ideal for experienced clinicians who are passionate about helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while working alongside supportive Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Service Areas We are actively hiring throughout Maryland, including: Baltimore County Howard County Montgomery County Prince George's County Anne Arundel County Baltimore City Columbia Ellicott City Silver Spring Rockville Gaithersburg Bowie Laurel Surrounding Maryland communities Multiple client locations and caseload opportunities are available. Compensation $35.00 per hour Competitive compensation for experienced RBTs Consistent case opportunities Flexible scheduling options Responsibilities Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs Provide direct one-on-one therapy in clients' homes Teach communication, social, behavioral, adaptive living, and self-help skills Collect and record accurate session data Complete session documentation and progress notes in a timely manner Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors to support client success Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential standards at all times Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Minimum 2 years of ABA experience preferred Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder Strong communication, organization, and data collection skills Reliable transportation Ability to travel to client homes within assigned service areas Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the clinical team Requirements Ability to obtain and maintain Maryland CJIS clearance CJIS fingerprinting and application costs are reimbursed by the company Ability to pass all required state and agency background screenings Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality requirements Why Join Us?
