Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Behavioral & Educational Solutions (BES) in Silver Spring, MD, USA. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician at BES, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting ABA therapy sessions with children, using evidence-based techniques and strategies Collecting and recording data on child behavior and progress Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies to address individualized goals and objectives Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for children and families Maintaining accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress Clinic, school and home assignments available.
Requirements:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Ability to work a flexible schedule , including some evenings and weekends (as needed)
