We are looking for a reliable, professional, and caring RBT who can support children with autism in a structured clinic setting. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in Spanish with families when needed and work as part of a clinical team under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in the clinic Follow behavior plans and treatment goals created by the BCBA Collect accurate session data during therapy sessions Support skill-building, communication, behavior reduction, and daily routines Maintain professional communication with parents, staff, and supervisors Complete session notes and documentation on time Follow HIPAA, clinic policies, and safety procedures Attend supervision, training, and team meetings as needed

Requirements:

Active RBT certification preferred Must speak Spanish Experience working with children with autism preferred Must be able to work in person in Silver Spring, MD Reliable transportation required Strong attendance and communication skills Must complete onboarding, background check, and required clinic paperwork

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time opportunities available Expected hours: 25-40 hours per week Monday to Friday availability preferred Some Saturday availability is a plus

Pay:
