Current School Year Contract Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Education Technician (Ed Tech) to support students and educators for the current school year. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally in a structured classroom setting.
Responsibilities:
Support classroom teachers with daily instructional activities Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students Help implement lesson plans and behavioral strategies Assist students with assignments, organization, and engagement Monitor student progress and report observations to teaching staff Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred Paraprofessional, Ed Tech certification, or relevant credentials (state-specific) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff Patience, flexibility, and a passion for education
