Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Paraprofessional/ RBT to join our team. Requirements:

Active Ed Tech certification or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred Experience working with children Previous behavior or ABA experience preferred Ability to manage physical and verbal aggression

Onsite Responsibilities:

Provide direct 1:1 classroom support Implement behavior intervention strategies Assist with transitions and classroom participation Respond appropriately to physical and verbal aggression Communicate with school staff regarding student progress

Interview Process:
