The role collaborates with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized behavior plans and maintain documentation. It supports student progress and staff training while ensuring compliance with district policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral intervention services to students within the school setting, tailoring strategies to individual needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized behavior plans. Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes in compliance with district policies. Conduct assessments and data collection to monitor behavioral progress and inform treatment adjustments. Execute staff training and support to enhance understanding and implementation of behavior management strategies.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. BCBA certification, valid state license, CPR certification. Minimum of 1 year of school‑based behavior analysis experience and proven success working with children in educational settings; familiarity with IEP processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; flexibility to adapt to school schedules and environments.
