  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and developing treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. This role requires a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for clients through evidence-based practices and collaborative approaches. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral issues and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement and monitor behavioral interventions based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Conduct regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments. Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development. Skills Strong background in special education and patient care, particularly with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and diagnostic evaluation methods. Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices relevant to behavioral health. Experience in behavioral therapy, focusing on evidence-based interventions. Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and data protection.
