In-Home Behavior Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and related developmental disorders. This role involves working one-on-one with clients in their home environment, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We service the Canton, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti areas!

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in their home setting Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect, record, and report accurate session data Assist clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills Follow behavior intervention plans and manage challenging behaviors appropriately Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging environment during sessions Communicate regularly with caregivers and supervising clinicians Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in ABA services

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and remain organized Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Ability to pass a background check Consistent availability within the 3 PM - 8 PM timeframe

Experience:

Previous experience in ABA or working with children preferred Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus RBT certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe Experience with data collection and behavior management strategies is beneficial

Pay:
