Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Per Diem Make a real difference in the educational environment by providing essential behavioral support services as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this per diem opportunity, you'll collaborate with students, educators, and families to foster positive behavioral changes and support student achievement. Bring your expertise to a welcoming school-based setting—your contributions will help shape a supportive, productive learning atmosphere.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required Prior experience working within school settings is highly valued Solid understanding of behavioral assessment tools, data collection, and intervention planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to dynamic environments Compassionate approach to supporting children with diverse needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collaborate with educators to implement strategies and provide direct consultation on behavior management techniques Collect and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed Train and support school staff regarding behavioral supports and applied behavior analysis (ABA) Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines Communicate regularly with families to share progress and strategies for reinforcement at home Enjoy the
