Job Description
BCBA Co-Founder Opportunity - Michigan Build More Than a Caseload. Build a Company. Most BCBAs spend their careers helping build someone else's vision. This is an opportunity to build your own. We are seeking an entrepreneurial BCBA in Michigan who wants to move beyond traditional clinical leadership and become a true partner in creating a next-generation ABA organization. This is not a typical Clinical Director position. This is a co-founder opportunity for a clinician who believes ABA can be delivered better—for families, for children, and for the professionals who provide care. What You'll Do Shape the clinical vision of the organization. Design treatment standards and quality assurance systems. Help launch and grow services throughout Michigan. Recruit and mentor exceptional clinicians. Partner in strategic decisions affecting growth, operations, and culture. Build a company that prioritizes outcomes, ethics, innovation, and clinician support. What Makes This Different Leadership role from day one Ability to influence company strategy Opportunity to build systems instead of inheriting broken ones Support from experienced business and operations leadership Freedom to create the culture you've always wished existed Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are a BCBA in Michigan (or eligible for licensure). Have 3+ years of ABA experience. Think like a builder, not just a clinician. Are frustrated by inefficient systems and know how they could be improved. Want a seat at the table where decisions are made. Have the ambition to help scale a mission-driven organization. Our Vision We're creating an ABA company where: Clinical quality comes before productivity quotas. Families receive exceptional care and communication. BCBAs have real career growth and leadership opportunities. Technology and systems support clinicians rather than burden them. Growth never comes at the expense of ethics.
