Better Future Autism Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families. We focus on meaningful skill development, compassionate care, and collaboration with caregivers to support long-term success.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable In-Home ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism in their home environment. Therapists will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA and support skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living domains.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA Provide 1:1 therapy in the client's home Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured session environment Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors Attend required training and supervision sessions
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to pass background check
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hour
