Behavior Technician (ABA) Brightview Care - 3.5 Flint, MI Job Details $18 - $28 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Patient interaction Data collection Medical terminology Full Job Description We're looking for compassionate, energetic individuals who are passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Accurately collect and record patient behavior data while maintaining compliant medical records and documentation. Educate patients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques. Assist in behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors. Provide patient care that is respectful, compassionate, and tailored to individual needs. Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy. Requirements Completed Autism Partnership Foundation Course Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health. Experience in data collection and analysis within a therapeutic setting is beneficial.
