2284 S. Ballenger Hwy, Ste.G, Flint, MI Compensation:
$75 per hour |Contract Position Bonus:

CEU Opportunities + Flexible Scheduling What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Deliver parent and caregiver training to ensure consistency and skill generalization. Partner with administrative staff to plan staff trainings and ensure compliance with best practices. Monitor data and client progress, updating treatment plans as needed. Maintain documentation consistent with BACB, LARA, and Medicaid standards. Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-driven work culture. What We're Looking For Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Active BCBA certification. Current Michigan LARA License (required). Experience working with school-age children and teens. Familiarity with Medicaid-based clients (preferred). Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
