Job Description

In this position, you will provide services in both clients homes and our therapy center. We are currently seeking candidates with evening and Saturday availability. As a Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and play a vital role in helping clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBAProvide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home and center-based settingsCollect accurate data and maintain detailed session notesEnsure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and client confidentialityCollaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to support client progressAssist with skill acquisition programs and behavior reduction interventionsMaintain professional and ethical standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).Experience in behavior analysis or working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).Familiarity with medical documentation practices and procedures.

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues, families, and individuals receiving services.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in working with children (preferred)40-hour RBT training (or willingness to obtain)10-hour Lakeshore Trainings (or willingness to obtain)CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
