Position:

We are hiring compassionate, motivated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in our clinic settings. You will implement behavior intervention plans and skill-building programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). No experience required —we offer full training to help you earn your RBT credential and succeed in the field. This is an excellent role for individuals interested in psychology, education, special education, early childhood, behavioral health, OT, or speech therapy.

What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills Follow individualized programs and behavior plans Collect session data and support treatment goals Work closely with BCBAs and clinical team members
