Job Description

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans (BIPs). Design and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs. Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians. Analyze data and adjust programs based on client progress. Provide parent training and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and insurance requirements. Manage caseload and ensure ethical service delivery. BCBA -
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. State licensure. Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data collection methods.
