Job Description

Behavior Technician Pay:
$20 - $25/hr | Part-time |

Compensation & Benefits:
$20-25/hr for direct services (based on ABA experience) $15/hr training/non-billable rate Eligibility for cancellation pay when clients cancels sessions 1 extra hour of pay per week for session notes and other duties Paid time off (PTO) for all employees $600 bonus after working with clients for 90 days

What You'll Do:
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis services to learners from ages 2-21 in a 1:1 setting: Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs Collect, graph, and summarize client data Conduct preference assessments and assist with functional assessments Collaborate with caregivers and professionals Attend team and supervisory meetings

Who We're Looking For:
18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation and ability to travel within Kent County Positive, flexible, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn Ability to communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and in writing This position may require physical activities including but is not limited to: bending, kneeling, twisting, sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs Availability to work at least 2 evenings per week Monday-Friday Candidates must have completed a 40 hour RBT training prior to hire. This is provided for free, but the training may be taken through other locations
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, after school and evening shifts Potential day hours available Some weekend opportunities
