Part-Time Afterschool BCBA (4 Hours/Week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a small caseload of clients participating in our afterschool social group program . This is a wonderful opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys focusing on social skills, group instruction, and relationship-based learning in a fun, clinic-based setting.

Schedule:

Tuesdays & Thursdays:

4:30 PM - 6:30 PM Potential to increase hours as the program grows

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support behavior technicians facilitating social group sessions Develop and monitor individualized treatment goals focusing on social, communication, and play skills Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency and quality of care Collect and analyze data to guide treatment and track progress Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and organizational standards

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure Experience or strong interest in social group programming and clinic-based ABA Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Passion for helping children build confidence and meaningful social connections

$43.00 - $53.00 per hour
