In-home services — Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties About Willow Creek ABA Willow Creek ABA is a new in-home ABA therapy practice serving children ages 2-12 with autism in the greater Lansing area. We're a small, clinician-led practice — our Clinical Director is a BCBA who provides hands-on supervision and is invested in your growth. If you're looking for a place where your work genuinely matters and you're not just a number on a caseload, this is it. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children in their homes, implementing individualized treatment programs developed and supervised by our BCBA. Day to day, that means: Delivering ABA therapy sessions following each client's behavior intervention plan Teaching communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA techniques Collecting accurate session data and completing session notes Communicating regularly with the supervising BCBA about client progress Building positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families What We're Looking For RBT certification preferred; we will train and support the right candidate through the certification process Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus Reliable transportation — you'll be traveling to client homes throughout the Lansing area Part-time and full-time positions available Patience, consistency, and a genuine passion for working with kids Why Willow Creek ABA Direct supervision and mentorship from an experienced BCBA Supportive, small-practice environment Mileage reimbursement for travel between sessions Opportunity to accrue fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification under a supervising BCBA Flexible scheduling to fit your availability Opportunity to grow with a practice from the ground up
Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
