This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys hands-on clinical leadership, staff mentorship, and program development in a stable, in-person setting. No travel No evenings No weekends No minimum billable hours No reassessment quotas Role Overview The BCBA Clinical Supervisor serves as a key clinical leader supporting behavioral programming, staff training, and treatment integrity. This position works closely with the Executive Clinical Director to ensure high-quality care, staff accountability, and positive outcomes for residents. This role balances direct clinical oversight with staff coaching and leadership, making it well-suited for BCBAs who want impact without excessive administrative or billing pressure. Key Duties & Responsibilities Develop, review, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Conduct behavioral assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations Supervise and mentor Direct Care Professionals and Behavior Technicians Monitor treatment fidelity and provide guidance as needed Lead and support clinical on-boarding and ongoing staff training Collaborate with leadership on clinical programming and service quality Provide performance feedback and participate in staff evaluations Ensure accurate data collection and documentation practices Train staff on behavior plans, interventions, and documentation standards Required Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related discipline Active BCBA certification through the BACB Current Michigan Behavior Analyst license Experience writing BIPs, and behavior programs Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Ability to manage crises calmly and effectively Organized, self-directed, and collaborative work style Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Quarterly incentive opportunity tied to performance and outcomes 401(k) retirement plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid Time Off Leadership/Growth Opportunities
