Pediatric ABA Center Behavioral Technicians Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Behavioral Technicians, with an interest in engaging with children with autism, to contribute to the success of our excellent outpatient multidisciplinary clinic in Monroe, Michigan. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the success of the patients of our bright and fun pediatric center while enjoying the day-to-day of your career. We are looking for individuals that are eager, kind, and patient to assist us in creating a warm and inviting space for our patients and their families as we help them achieve their highest quality of life. We aim to find new members of our team with a positive and willing-to-learn attitude; people who enjoy collaborating as a team and implementing on-the-spot, outside-of-the-box problem-solving skills; organized and thorough individuals with attention to detail; and Behavioral Technicians that make our patients smile. Experience working with children with autism is preferred, but not necessary. We have a very organized and thorough policy, procedural, and training manual and are prepared to implement detailed on-the-job training. Demonstrate clinical reasoning while educating children with a play-based, child-led model of practice Perform competency skills in the areas of practice and with respect to individual patients' areas of growth Follow intervention protocols set forth by the BCBA team Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall success and engagement of the team Organization of clinic spaceJob Requirements:
