Pediatric ABA Center Behavioral Technicians Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Behavioral Technicians, with an interest in engaging with children with autism, to contribute to the success of our excellent outpatient multidisciplinary clinic in Monroe, Michigan. Experience working with children with autism is preferred, but not necessary. We have a very organized and thorough policy, procedural, and training manual and are prepared to implement detailed on-the-job training. Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrate clinical reasoning while educating children with a play-based, child-led model of practice Perform competency skills in the areas of practice and with respect to individual patients' areas of growth Follow intervention protocols set forth by the BCBA team Document patient progress according to approved medical and facility documentation procedures Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall success and engagement of the team Organization of clinic space

Job Requirements:

High school diploma Reliable, professional, courteous, and patient Possession of a highly motivated, positive, willing-to-learn attitude
