You will help clients learn new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and make progress toward individualized treatment goals. This position is a great fit for someone who is patient, reliable, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children Implement individualized treatment plans using Applied Behavior Analysis ABA principles Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Teach communication, social, play, daily living, and learning readiness skills Collect accurate data during therapy sessions Support clients through transitions, routines, and structured activities Maintain a safe, positive, and respectful therapy environment Complete session documentation according to company and HIPAA requirements Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Qualifications Registered Behavior Technician RBT certification preferred Experience working with children preferred Experience with autism, ABA therapy, childcare, education, special education, or behavioral health is a plus Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate Must be able to follow written treatment plans and collect accurate data Must be able to pass required background checks and employment requirements Preferred Experience ABA therapy Autism services Childcare Special education Behavioral health Direct support Data collection Behavior support About Horizon Behavioral Consulting Horizon Behavioral Consulting provides high-quality ABA services in a supportive, ethical, and team-oriented environment.
