Mercy Plus Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) . No experience? That's okay — we offer paid, hands-on training to help you feel confident and prepared. All you need is a caring attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for making a difference. What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your role will include:

Supporting children using evidence-based ABA therapy Following individualized treatment plans to build communication, social, and daily living skills Tracking progress and documenting session data Collaborating with your clinical team and maintaining strong communication Creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment Participating in trainings, team meetings, and ongoing development What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Compassionate, patient, and eager to learn Professional communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow clinical guidelines Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active play Must pass background checks and obtain a TB test (after hire) CPR/First Aid & QBS certifications required (training provided!)
