Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling role supporting students as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on a contract basis for the remainder of the school year. This opportunity is based near Westland and Ann Arbor, MI, and seeks two dedicated full-time RBTs to begin as soon as possible and work through the end of the school year. Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician will provide vital behavioral support, helping students achieve their educational and developmental goals in a collaborative school environment.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current RBT certification and in good standing Experience providing ABA services within school or pediatric settings preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans under supervision of a BCBA Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, teachers, and families Ability to document data and progress accurately Flexibility to work throughout the school day on a full-time schedule Readiness to start immediately and commit through the academic year's end
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, evidence-based behavioral interventions to students under supervision Collect and record data on student behavior and skill acquisition Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and the supervising BCBA to support each student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals Prepare and maintain documentation to track student progress and effectiveness of interventions Participate in ongoing team meetings and attend training sessions as required Adapt to the dynamic needs of students and school routines This contract role is ideal for Registered Behavior Technicians who want to make a meaningful impact in schools near Ann Arbor and Westland, MI, while gaining enriching experience in a supportive setting.
