Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role providing essential support and expertise to students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a vibrant school setting near Akeley, MN. Qualifications & Experience:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience working in school settings, preferably with diverse student populations Strong skills in behavioral assessment, functional analysis, and individualized intervention planning Comfortable conducting in-person sessions and observations Proven ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement and monitor interventions Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform behavioral assessments and functional analyses for students referred for services Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans in a school environment Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Provide staff and parent training on behavioral strategies and best practices Meet regularly with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and collaborate on student support plans Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district policies In addition to professional growth, you'll find this position highly rewarding as you help shape positive outcomes for students who need you most.
