Job Description

Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into an impactful contract opportunity supporting students with complex needs. This role is crafted for dedicated BCBA professionals ready to excel in a dynamic educational environment. You'll be based in one building, rotating between South and North Education Centers, working collaboratively with school staff to support 35-40 students across multiple classrooms. This setting serves students in a setting 4 program, so experience with severe behavioral and physical disabilities is crucial. You'll have a 37.5-hour week, starting September 8, 2026, and concluding on June 10, 2027.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (required) Prior work in school-based or setting 4 environments, serving students with significant behavioral and/or physical disabilities Strong background in Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) Confident handling documentation, behavior plans, and IEP-related paperwork Collaborative, flexible approach working alongside multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication skills for debriefing, coaching, and supporting school staff
Key Responsibilities:
Serve a caseload of 35-40 students, providing targeted behavioral support and interventions Conduct FBAs and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans Maintain thorough records, reports, and compliance documentation Provide classroom debriefings and support to instructional staff Guide data-driven decision-making for student programming Support crisis intervention strategies within the classroom This contract position welcomes travel professionals ready to bring their expertise to a rewarding educational setting.
