This position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, stays positive under pressure, and wants to make a meaningful impact. You'll work directly with clients, teaching new skills, supporting positive behaviors, and helping each child reach their goals in a fun, supportive environment. What We're Looking For Must enjoy working with kids — daycare, school, or childcare experience preferred. Positive, patient, and coachable — able to take direction and apply feedback. Comfortable managing behaviors and staying calm in challenging moments. Willing to learn and understand ABA principles through training and supervision. Currently enrolled in or completed college (no high school-only applicants). Reliable and consistent — this role requires working 5 days a week . RBT certification is a plus and earns a higher hourly wage . Key Responsibilities Work 1:1 with children implementing individualized ABA treatment plans. Run programs and goals every 7 minutes as outlined by supervisors. Collect accurate data during each session. Support with cleaning and sanitizing therapy spaces and materials. Follow supervisor direction and maintain professional communication. Keep sessions positive, structured, and engaging for each client. Assist with other tasks that support high-quality client care.
