We are looking for a full-time Psychometrist to join our neuropsychology assessment team. This role is a great fit for someone who is curious, compassionate, emotionally steady, and detail-oriented. Our psychometrists play an important part in the assessment process by helping clients feel comfortable, supported, and successful during testing while also making sure data is collected accurately and professionally. If you enjoy a mix of people, purpose, and precision, this may be a great fit. You will work closely with our supervising neuropsychologist to administer psychological and neuropsychological testing batteries for clients, many of whom are children and adolescents. This role requires someone who can build rapport quickly, create a calm and encouraging testing environment, and use good judgment when navigating attention, behavior, anxiety, frustration, or fatigue during sessions.
What you will do:
Administer individual psychological and neuropsychological tests in a structured and supportive setting. Build rapport with children, teens, and adults Help clients stay engaged and on task during testing. Observe behavior carefully and document behavioral observations with accuracy. Score and organize testing data according to clinic procedures Assist with report preparation and related documentation. Maintain confidential client records. Keep testing materials and supplies organized and ready for use.
Who we are looking for:
Someone with a background in psychology, counseling, mental health, education, human services, or a related field. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder

Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families, communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and can follow standardized procedures carefully. Someone who can be warm and engaging without becoming overly casual, and who can stay calm, patient, and professional even when a client is tired, dysregulated, avoidant, anxious, or behaviorally challenging. Experience with psychological testing is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. What matters most is that you are bright, dependable, teachable, and able to connect well with clients while respecting structure, boundaries, confidentiality, and accuracy.
