Schedule & Setting :
Monday•Friday, daytime hours No nights, no weekends, no on-call 100% center-based at our Bloomington location No driving between client homes No telehealth-only caseload About Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy We are a small, center-based pediatric ABA practice serving children age 7 and under, under Minnesota's EIDBI benefit. We are in an early growth phase, intentionally building a clinically serious program with strong supervision standards, audit-ready documentation, and direct access to leadership. This is the right environment for a BCBA who wants clinical influence, manageable caseloads, and a real seat at the table. It is not the right environment for someone who wants the scale, structure, and predictability of a large national agency.
What You Get Base salary:
$90,000•$115,000 (DOE) Sign-on bonus: $7,000 (paid per offer letter terms) Quality-based performance bonus tied to non-volume clinical measures (ITP timeliness, audit performance, parent satisfaction) — paid quarterly

FT BCBA/QSP
is onboarded) The Role You will serve as a primary Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) under Minnesota EIDBI, carrying a clinical caseload, supervising Behavior Technicians, and partnering directly with the Owner and Clinical Director on how the practice is built.
Caseload:
Built to 6-8 clients as census ramps; initial caseload may start smaller during the program's growth phase Supervise Behavior Technicians at BACB, DHS, and EIDBI standards Develop, monitor, and modify Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) Contribute to CMDEs in coordination with designated evaluators Lead reauthorization documentation that meets Acentra Health review standards Deliver parent training and family-focused interventions Contribute to clinical policies, training systems, and audit readiness You will have direct access to the Owner/CEO and Clinical Director. Your supervision quality, clinical input, and documentation standards will directly shape the program. Required Qualifications Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (BACB) in good standing Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or eligible to obtain before start date Meets EIDBI Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Eligible to clear MN DHS background study (NETStudy 2.0) Willing and able to work on-site at our Bloomington center W-2 employment only (1099/contractor arrangements not available) Preferred (not required) 1+ year post-certification BCBA experience (newly certified BCBAs with strong RBT background welcome) Prior EIDBI experience and familiarity with Acentra Health workflows Experience supervising BTs through the RBT credentialing process Experience with Passage Health EHR How to Apply Apply with your resume via Indeed.
