1401 American Blvd E, Suite 8, Bloomington, MN 55425 (100% on-site) Schedule & Setting Flexible scheduling within Monday•Friday daytime hours No nights, no weekends, no on-call 100% center-based at our Bloomington location About the Role Horizon Bridge Behavioral Therapy is hiring a part-time BCBA (10-25 hours/week, W-2 employee) to provide clinical caseload coverage, BT supervision, and parent training within our small, center-based EIDBI program. This is an ideal opportunity for a BCBA who wants direct clinical work without a full-time commitment — including BCBAs supplementing primary employment, returning to practice, or building independent supervision experience.

Per Minnesota EIDBI rules effective 1/1/26, all QSPs must be W-2 agency employees. We do not offer 1099/contractor arrangements. What You'll Do Supervise Behavior Technicians at BACB, DHS, and EIDBI standards Develop and modify Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) Contribute to reauthorization documentation Deliver parent training sessions Partner with the Clinical Director and Owner on program standards Required Qualifications Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), or eligible to obtain before start date Meets

requirements Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field Eligible to clear MN DHS background study (NETStudy 2.0) Compensation $55•$70/hour DOE. Paid CEU support and professional liability coverage available on a pro-rated basis. Part-time roles are not eligible for health/dental/vision benefits (per Employee Handbook).
