Category Schools - BCBA Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic school-based contract opportunity working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an immediate start. This in-person role near Park Rapids, MN, centers on providing essential behavioral support and intervention for students, while collaborating closely with students, staff, and other professionals in a school environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in educational or pediatric settings strongly preferred Strong skills in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans Comfortable gathering data and analyzing behaviors to drive effective strategies Ability to communicate clearly with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Adaptable and responsive in a fast-paced, school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) as needed Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other service providers to share strategies and ensure fidelity of interventions Provide training and ongoing support to classroom staff on the implementation of behavior plans Collect and interpret data to monitor student progress and make timely data-driven adjustments to interventions Participate in IEP meetings as necessary to support student success Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and professional standards This assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for students while gaining valuable school-based experience.
